There are so many options when it comes to desserts for your BIG DAY! Mr. Deco and I really had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when we started the search. We are not really cake people so we wanted to stay away from the traditional pretty display cake and a sheet cake for the masses.

In the beginning, we were set on little mini desserts such as cheese cakes and chocolates, but the prices can get out of hand. Next, we went and tasted cupcakes at Bliss Bakery. Wonderful! I wish we wouldn’t have eaten breakfast right before the tasting, because the owner stuffed us with many delicious choices. We really thought we were on the path to making the final decision, but then we discovered Nothing Bundt Cakes. After sampling a few flavors and taking a cake to my parents for Thanksgiving, we thought this would be a fun alternative to the traditional wedding cake. The most appealing part is that we can choose from many flavors to have at our wedding. Ultimately, I would love to have a rice krispie treat wedding cake, but I’ll save that for an anniversary :)
